Online Safety

As a school we take online safety serious and children are constantly taught in their lessons about the importance of online safety.  We are aware of some media coverage over the past few days that may concern parents and children regarding online safety.

Snapchat map update raises child safety worries

Please see the link here regarding safeguarding information about the app “Snapchat”.

Also the internet often plays a huge part in many young people’s daily activities; allowing them to communicate freely with others and share information with ease via messaging apps, social media and gaming networks.

Free School Meal

If you believe that you may be entitled to receive a Free School Meal but are not currently registered, please register as soon as possible to make sure your child doesn’t miss out.

 How does it work?

  1. First, complete a free school meal application online by registering on the Halton Borough

    Council website (see link below)

 2. Registering is really quick and easy – but if you have any difficulties, you can still call in at a

Halton Direct Link Office and answer some questions.

We are very proud to announce that we are now a Music Ambassador School.

We highly value music, singing and performance in our school and are thrilled that the quality in the children’s performance skills has been recognised.
